The Adapt-A-Lap is a hands free reading easel and portable desk which is small and light enough to take anywhere. It is designed to hold a book, magazine, reading or writing materials, or a notebook computer at the best and most comfortable height, angle, and position for the user.
Its patented design conforms to the user's body instead of the user's body needing to conform to it. With its concave and convex curves as well as its unique extendable telescopic leg, the Adapt-A-Lap rests on the legs, lap, stomach or chest at exactly the height and position the user chooses. Its elastic straps hold books and other materials in place and holds the book in place when carrying the Adapt-A-Lap by it handy hand grip. Its transparent monofilament lines hold the pages flat to read without any obstructions.
